UPDATE: Unfortunately we are still not processing any new orders, our incoming orders are arriving but some parcels are still taking over 2 months to arrive. We strive to provide a high level of service, thus until the stock delivery problem is sorted out we will not be processing new orders. Please also note that responses via email is being delayed due to the volumes of emails that we receive. All orders which cannot be delivered or where the SAPO has lost the parcel will be refunded. You will be informed of this if this is the case. Thank you for your understanding.

The SAPO has indicated that their computer systems at JIMC (Johannesburg International Mail Center) and Customs is offline a lot of the time, thus parcels are sometimes not routed to our offices and we have to manually enquire about each one, delaying delivery in some orders by weeks. Our prerogative is to deliver the orders which are outstanding before allowing customers to place new orders. Thank you for your understanding.
