How long does delivery take?
All our products are sourced from the U.S.A, Europe and China - delivery on most orders are 11-45 days from the week that your payment cleared. Some items in your order might take a bit longer as we source our stock from various suppliers both locally and internationally.

We ship out orders every day using SAPO Registered Insured Post which in turn, deliver our products to our clients within 4 days from the day that the contents of your order has been sourced from our suppliers, ES has a client base ranging from Namibia, to Polokwane to Fish Hoek and we have established ourselves as a reputable reseller of Electronic Goods in South Africa since 2007!
We process hundreds of orders per week, and we have a ever growing client base of individuals and companies in South Africa.

How to Advertise on ExtremeShop.co.za
ES presents 35,000 - 55,000 page impressions per month, with the bulk of the traffic from 07:00 - 21:30 week days, to enquire please us the 'Customer Services' facility in the menu on the left of this page. ES sells banner advertising and email advertising via InternetAdsales.co.za (refer to Justin). Our target audience is predominantly male (75% male, 25% female), mid to upper class - aged 13 - 45. Advertising needs to be booked for 60 days in advance to secure a booking. Target industry sectors are Banks, Insurance, Sony, Microsoft etc. We will unfortunately not sell advertising to an online/offline store who competes with us.
The ordering process explained, How long does delivery take?
(Note that all days mentioned on this page is quoted as business days (Mon-Fri), excluding public holidays)
- You place the order and pay, you don't have to email/fax proof of payment
- Use your order number as your payment reference
- Payment clears with our bank (ABSA) (1-2 days)
- ES processes the order with various product suppliers (0-1 days)
- Order processed with our suppliers (UK, USA & China) 1 - 14 days
- Order is shipped to the ES offices in Pretoria (7-21 days) - quickest times quoted by the South African Post Office.
- Order is inspected and repackaged (1-2 days)
- Order is posted to you (1-3 days)
Delivery summary, you order will take a minimum of 11, and a maximum of 45 days to be delivered to your delivery address, it is advised that you contact your post office 2 business days after you received your email which contains your tracking number to ensure prompt delivery/collection.

- We have an online support ticket system which is more secure than e-mail, and keeps better record of your query than a telephonic conversation - to contact us please click on the 'Customer Services' facility in the menu on the left of this page.
Order status updates (How will I know what my current order status is?):
- Orders are automatically checked daily except for public holidays. When an order status is verified - you will receive an email if the status has changed so that you can login to our store to view "My Orders" from the top menu.
- Below is a quick outline of the various states for the order.
- New (means you have just placed the order - and have to pay for it)
- Processing (order has been placed with our suppliers)
- Packaging (order has arrived in South Africa and is ready to ship on the next Saturday)
- Shipped (means you can collect your order the following Tuesday from your local Post Office)
- You can view the status of each item in your order by clicking on 'My Orders' and the by clicking on the order number that you want to view.

Warranties on the items
- All our products have warranties by the original manufacturer which are at least 3 -12 months except where else stated. Consumables (laser modules, and LEDs and deviced running on 110VAC where a power converter is used) unfortunately have no warranty as they can easily be blown due to inappropriate voltages).
- We honour warranties - and most of the time the product is simply replaced or repaired at no extra charge.
- Simply contact us to initiate the process, note that the product might need to be posted back to to our suppliers abroad for repair to be replaced and then to be returned to you via SpeedServices.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
- If any of our products become faulty, or does not do what they are supposed to do we offer a full refund (less shipping fees) of the item if returned to us via post (incl. original packaging) within 30 days. After 30 days we offer a replace/repair warranty - please see 'Warranties on the items' above.
Refunds
- If we cannot find stock in an item, an item has gone out of stock whilst we are processing your order, or if you have mistakenly ordered an item which is not in stock we will refund you with the total amount back into your bank account or if you choose we can load the invoiced amount on a gift voucher for you to spend at a later stage. If the item is in stock and becomes out of stock we will generally place that item in your order on hold for 30 days while wait for it to be restocked - if this does not happen the refund process will automatically initiate (in this case, please reply via email with your banking details and we will cancel the order, and refund you in full). - please ready on...
- You will notice an update on your order which says "Refund process started" - at this point you should contact us with your banking details so that we can return the funds to your bank account within 5 business days. You will be issued with proof of payment sent via ABSA Internet banking to your email address and the status for the refunded item will change to, "Refund complete - paid back to client's bank account".
- Situations where we will not generally issue a refund, is when you order an item which is in stock and is already processing (i.e. processing with our suppliers), and if you have order the incorrect product - but please do contact us so that we can work out a solution for you.
Our suppliers and our stock availability
- To keep our prices to a minimum we do not carry any stock, when you place your order we place an order for your items from our suppliers abroad (UK, USA & China). Once the stock has arrived at our offices we compile your order, package it in secure packaging and ship to your direct using SpeedServices.
